Showcasing Seattle?s favorite bands on four stages, plus a grilling competition, yoga for the solstice and artsy spectacles, the Fremont Fair today announced the highly anticipated music and entertainment line-up for this year?s 40th Annual Fair. And with music on the Redhook Main Stage until 10:00pm, fairgoers can celebrate the solstice until the sun goes down.
Featuring entertainment, activities and more than 20 bands specializing in a full spectrum of musical varieties, the weekend stage schedule includes:

????Dads & Dogs Day ? Dog Parade: You won?t want to miss this puppy parade! Paralleling its human counterpart, the Fremont Arts Council?s Solstice Parade, fairgoers are invited to bring their four-legged friends on Sunday, June 19 at 2:30pm to participate in this fun pup procession.
????Dads & Dogs Day ? Grilling Competition: PCC Natural Markets and Weber are hosting a grilling competition on the PCC Waterfront Stage on Sunday, June 19 from 1:00 to 2:15pm. Bring your dad down to the Fremont Fair for a chance to judge the competition and/or to see which PCC chef prevails!
????Fremont Abbey Arts for All: Grow your brain on the arts at Fremont Abbey Arts for All at the Fremont Fair. Activities include a growing brain sculpture, smell haiku, paint by neighbor and dance-a-painting. Plus, live performers and band on the Fremont Abbey Stage!
????Seattle Art Car Blowout: See more than 75 funky decorated art cars on display in the Burke Building parking lot (35th and Evanston). Cars travel from across the country to create the largest gathering of Art Cars in the Northwest!
The Fremont Fair also features boutique shopping throughout the streets with more than 300 booths, as well as mouthwatering food vendors and visits to beloved Fremont dining spots, two Redhook beer gardens, the Proletariat Wine Company and Small Lot Co-Op wine garden, and Fremont?s local bar scene.
The Fremont Fair is free and open to the public and runs from 10:00am to 8:00pm on Saturday with the Redhook Main Stage and Redhook Main Stage Beer Gardens open until 10:00pm.
