New Wise Ask Feature from iStopOver.com Lets Property and Vacation Rental Hosts Bid for Travelers' Business

New York, NY (PRWEB) March 30, 2011

Just when travelers thought their need for a gorgeous place to stay at about half the price of a hotel or their desire for down pillows, vegetarian food in the fridge and pet-friendly accommodations were too hard to satisfy, a new travel feature from iStopOver.com lets property and vacation rental property owners bid for travelers' business based on their ability to satisfy these requests.

"Wise Ask!," introduced by iStopOver, takes personalization and special requests to a new level, making the match between guest and host a simple type-and-wait exercise, rather than a time-consuming and frustrating search. iStopOver hosts are known for offering special amenities and extras that go beyond traditional hotel accommodations ? things like BBQ grills on the balcony, pink cotton linen sheets, and Starbucks French Roast coffee beans in the pantry.

Whether a traveler is a diva, rock star or jet-setting mogul, or just acts like one when traveling, iStopOver can help find the right match with a gracious host.

"Our new 'Wise Ask!' feature lets people connect with multiple hosts at one time, allowing them to find that perfect match quickly and easily," said Anthony Lipschitz, CEO and co-founder of iStopOver.com. "iStopOver is a place for like-minded people to connect, no matter how quirky the request or preference."

Here's how it works:

1.????Go to http://www.iStopOver.com and click on the "Wise Ask!" button

2.????Enter specific requests... Kosher food in the fridge, a PlayStation 3 game console in the living room, and a 5-pound bag of Purina Dog Chow in the pantry.

3.????Guests listen to offers from hosts that meet these requests and bid on their business. "I'll take the cozy one-bedroom loft in Beverly Hills for $ 80."

4.????Enjoy personally-customized accommodations for a most excellent vacation.

Ready, set... be wise!

Bay Area?s Competitive Gymnastics, Head Over Heels, Hosts Peace.Love.Swap Event on Dec. 18

Emeryville, CA (PRWEB) December 13, 2011

Bay Area athletic arts school, Head Over Heels, is hosting a Peace.Love.Swap event on Sunday, Dec. 18, from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. The Peace.Love.Swap event aims to keep perfectly reusable items out of landfills and to donate to local charities by producing fun, affordable and family friendly swaps on an ongoing basis. Participants can bring their gently used and clean baby, toddler, kid and maternity items to the swap and will be able to pick up items that they need. The event provides an earth-friendly opportunity for parents to get rid of clothing, books, toys, and other items their children have outgrown and get the next size up. Peace.Love.Swap charges $ 5 to participate in the swap and is free for those who can volunteer at the event.

Bay Area?s competitive gymnastics at Head Over Heels (HOH) will be offering Open Gym time at the event from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for a fee of $ 10, or $ 5 for swap participants. For safety purposes, Open Gym will be capped at 40 children and participation is on a first come, first serve basis.

?The open gym time is a great way to keep children occupied while parents pick out items,? says Diedra Bassel of HOH.

Participants can drop off items between 11 a.m. and noon. Peace.Love.Swap would like the items washed before drop off and all clothing items should be on hangers except for pants, shorts and skirts for newborn through 18 month sizes. Left over items at the end of the event will be donated to the Emeryville Community Action Project, an organization that gives much needed items away to those less fortunate.

Peace.Love.Swap is held quarterly at the gym.
